Exchange Policy

• Product will be exchanged within 7 days of purchase incase of any damage; used products may not be replaced.
• Original receipt must be attached
• Product must be in original packing

  • Original Seal should be on the product intact.
    • If customer has received what they ordered, delivery charges will be borne by customer
    • Product must be evaluated by the QA team before making an exchange
    • The time period for an exchange request can be 5 – 7 business day
    • In-case of stock out, customer has to wait till the arrival of the stock, and upon agreement we can provide online store credit
    • We reserve the right to reject the exchange or return requests based on the conditions

Claims

We are here to facilitate our customers and offer claims on the following conditions:
• A claim has to be made within two days of the product reaching the customer
• Customer has to send the order back to KBeautyVanity for the evaluation bearing delivery charges
• No claims will be accepted on products that have been previously replaced or exchanged
• If a product is damaged by the consumer it will not be exchange or replaced
• Any product that comes back without receipt will not be catered to if an exchange request is made outside the specified time frame
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers will not be entertained
• Items purchased on sale or other promotions are not eligible for replacement & exchange, unless you have received damaged goods
• Lead time for the claim decision shall be 7 working days
